Llevar una dieta equilibrada y variada, acompañada de ejercicio fÍsico es la fórmula perfecta para tener una alimentación sana.
¿Cómo es una dieta sana? Debemos hacer cinco comidas al día:
- Desayuno: es la comida más importante del día, debe incluir fruta o zumo, leche o yogur y cereales o tostadas.
- Media mañana: nos servirá para coger fuerzas hasta la comida, puede ser fruta, yogur, una tostada con pavo, queso fresco,…
- Comida: es la segunda comida más importante, normalmente será un plato de pasta, arroz o verduras junto con carne, pescado o huevo; todo esto acompañado con un poco de pan.
- Merienda: nos ayuda a controlar el picoteo hasta la cena, pues ser igual que a media mañana.
- Cena: es muy importante no acostarse sin cenar, puede producir un efecto rebote y engordar, normalmente será un plato de verduras con un poco de proteína como carne, pescado o huevo.
